As reflected in the “2021 Sustainability Report” – the company now presents a detailed view of the composition of the board, including a clear description of the diversity of the board members, skills, attendance rate and tenure. In addition, the report outlines how in 2021 the board renewed its People and ESG Committee – to ensure that ESG risks and opportunities are discussed periodically and factored into the company’s long-term strategy.
